Okay choices - Edit

The flavour was pretty great, serving size was huge (1 scoop is not small!)
I was a little disappointed by the selection is all. There were about 10 gelato flavours, most of which were fruit and Berry. They didn't have chocolate when I arrived. The strawberry was very tasty though.

Amazing Vegan Icecream - Edit

Ice cream is delicious! Service was amazing and they have lots of options.

Worst service as usual - Edit

Really disappointed with your services again for the second time and now forced to write a public review. Today I visited the district docklands outlet and was told i could only taste two ice cream flavors before buying. I told the lady across the counter that im buying seperate ice creams for my family but the lady was stubborn and said insisted i could only taste two flavours. What kind of nonsense is that. Im going to spend around 30-35$ on multiple ice cream orders for my family without tasting more than two flavours ? Not sure if the lady was in a hurry to close the shop or what. This is unacceptable and the the only outlet i have faced this. In the end i just decided to walkoff instead of ordering after getting the worst customer service. This had happened to me previously as well during weekday afternoon exactly same thing happened. Not sure if the owners are aware but people like me often just walkoff instead of buying and never return. And i am not the only one you can read the same kind of reviews on google with low rating stars.

Pros: Plenty of flavors, Good taste

Cons: Worst quality service, Rude staff
