Geethar - Sharjah

Probably one of the pioneer to think of starting a Vegetarian restaurant in Sharjah close to five decades back. You get what is called real hospitality. Visit there to experience whats called pampering by one's uncles and grandfathers. The most important ingredient in Geethar's food is love and passion. You must see who all visited before you from the large number of photos displayed there. Raj Kapoor, Rajesh Khanna, Kapil Dev, Gavaskar to name a few.

Pros: Ethinic food, Nice variety of sweets and snacks, Authentic food + best value for money

Cons: Watchout for trans-fats, Tend to overeat
