Delightful fake meat torta and vegan desserts! - Edit
Went to pick up food from Gatorta food stand. It was a bit hard to spot since there isn’t a sign but once we got there it was a short wait for our food. Very limited seating (about 3 stools by the side of the food stand).

- Torta 1 protein (soyita pilbir): Large portion size with generous filling that spills over; very tasty! Loved that the torta included a bean spread, avocado, and lettuce
- Taco (pastor)
- Taco (chorizo)
- Tiramisu: FANTASTIC vegan tiramisu!
- Brownie: Small but very good texture and flavor
(The tacos weren’t labeled so I wasn’t sure which was which but one definitely tasted more flavorful than the other. The tacos tasted a bit one-note compared to the torta)
Would go back for the torta and desserts! Might skip the tacos.

Asimismo, tienen postres populares de México como: el famoso pastel de tres leches, chocotorro, dálmata, gansito, etc. 🌱🙌🏻
La comida está deliciosa 😋

I'm more of a burger guy, but I had my fair share of sandwiches, and this one is the best in Mexico City. At least the torta cubana. Also very affordable!

Realmente es muy destacable porque la comida está DELICIOSA y a un precio accesible. Comí torta de 2 ingrediente (chorizo y salchicha) y me sorprendió la sazón de los sustitutos vegetales de la carne y el abundante relleno de la torta. Definitivamente vale la pena.

Great sandwich options, you can choose one protein or do a mix and match! The portions are huge so highly recommended to share 1 per 2 people. The cake was also super tasty. It was the cheapest option in CDMX and we’ll be back for sure.

What an amazing spot! I wish it had seating because I wanted to sit and throughly enjoy this meal with all the salsas. Truly incredible I loved the variety of vegan friendly mock meats you can add to your torta and the flavor was unbelievable. I will think about this place forever.

The Cuban torta is HUGE. We shared it and I was more than satisfied. Probably the cheapest meal we had in CDMX. It's junk food at its best: greasy and full of all your favorite vegan meats. It's a very popular food stand so be prepared to wait.

Unassuming little food stand packing a huge punch. “La cubana” tiene seis carnes veganas…all of them were increíble y I can’t believe how much food it really was. Insane quantities of protein. Needed a fork to eat it all once the sandwich fell apart, and I was the only one in my group of five who even finished the whole thing

Omg Gatorta was everything. A small unassuming food stand on the side of the road that makes the biggest sandwiches known to man. We ordered the Cubano on happy cow’s recommendation, which has all 6 different proteins in one. It was so big that we needed taco shells to scoop up the protein that fell out (which they graciously gave us for no extra charge). Half a sandwich was bordering on too much food. Next time I would probably just order a sandwich with 1-2 proteins instead because I was full for so long after. But seriously amazing!!! The Al pastor and chorizo were my favorite proteins. I would skip the Milanesa and the salchicha next time.

Pedi la torta cubana (todos los guisos) y para una persona es demasiado, me pudo el ansia jajaja estaba muy rico, pero al llevar tanto guiso se hizo algo seco. Recomiendo dos o tres guisos no más. 90 pesos la torta gigante, genial precio! El tiramisú me lo robó mi chico y no lo pude probar😁(35 pesitos). La muchacha que me atendió fue muy amable. Lo recomiendo!!!
