Gather doesn't have a large menu, but there are a few vegan options. A recent menu "update" removed the vegan pesto sandwich. Over time, the portions have become smaller, the sauce has become stingier, and the prices have skyrocketed. I don't go there much anymore.

We could really use more vegan food in Talent.

Cons: Price, Lack of variety

Nice Cafe - updated review - Edit

Update - sad to say they have become less vegan friendly and I’m taking away a star. I recently was back in the area a few years after my first review and gave them a try again. They have a lot fewer vegan options. I tried the “zen bowl,” and while it was good, it wasn’t great, and I would not go out of my way for it again. Service was painfully slow even though they weren’t busy. The worst part was the waitress seemed irritated that I asked her about the current vegan options. It was clear she herself was not a vegan friendly person. :(

Many vegan options on the menu, and it sounds like more coming. I had trouble deciding between the burrito and sandwich, but ultimately settled on the sandwich. It was very good! Fresh, colorful, flavorful, and unexpected.

They only have a couple vegan options but the Buddha bowl is worth the drive from Grants Pass for me. The flavors are amazing. It's a mix of white and sweet potatoes, sprouting quinoa, breaded and fried cauliflower, some lettuce and an amazing sauce that had a little zing to it. Yum!!
