Gateau Vaxholm is a small café on the main road in the heart of Vaxholm, Sweden. Staff was friendly and advised that the cardamom and pistachio bun were vegan friendly. I would recommend to ask as it is not detectable from the signage. The pistachio bun was a nice treat with a good balance of sweetness and a rich, nutty flavour. The bun itself is soft and freshly baked.
Rolls are freshly made and can be adjusted-the avocado and artichoke cream roll is vegetarian, possibly vegan, for example.
