a vegan delicious corner in the Etruscan city - Edit
Maybe you do not know but Adria is an ancient fascinating Etruscan town between rivers and sea. In spite to her age people in Adria are very modern and open to every possible need.
This cozy little restaurant is a delicious surprise in the center of the town. You can choose vegan and vegetarian options looking at the counter with the excellent tips of the chef and his crowd. I chose a fresh vegan spinach strüdel and roasted tofu with taggiasche olives. And a creamy dessert, soy yogurt mousse with fresh strawberries ... OMG Yummy!
Vegans in holiday there, you MUST GO AND TRY!
Pros: very nice waiters, excellent quality of food
Cons: reservation required because there are few tables
