Probably your best option in Admont - Edit
They had two vegan options on the menu, of which only one (the curry) was available. The taste however was really good, as was the portion sizes. Definitely not an afterthought. The location/ their beer garten has a nice atmosphere as well.

A breath of fresh air - Edit
An oasis of fresh, delicious vegan dishes in an area with extremely limited options. After walking around Admont the night before, looking for vegan options - even being told at the kebab shop that there was no demand for falafels - we were relieved to find Der Kampers delicious, fresh dishes. Although menu item’s are limited, they are clearly made with care and staff were happy to help. We had a tasty curry and a beautifully presented hearty quinoa salad.
