Tolles Restaurant mit vielen veganen Gerichten - Edit
Das Restaurant bietet eine sehr grosse vegane Karte mit frisch gekochten leckeren Speisen an. Von Vorspeise über Hauptgang zum Dessert- alles sehr fein.

Honestly! The vegan menu is so big, there is so much choice that if I could, I would give it 5 stars. Plus, the food is delicious! The restaurant is somewhat “hidden” in St-Peter, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the region. The starters are big enough to be a full meal. I had the Caesar salad and it was plenty for me!

If you want to eat really good vegan food outside of the standard, you've come to the right place. The vegan menu is varied and not always the same as is the case in many other middle-class restaurants. It always tastes great and the price is reasonable too. In my opinion one of the best vegan restaurants in the Freiburg area

Read moreA very nice menu with a wide selection of vegan dishes. I love it here. Not only because of the great taste and the heartfelt friendliness of the staff - some of the dishes are regional and traditional veganized german cooking, different from the typical vegan fusion cuisine. Hearty, delicious, yet not heavy and overloaded.
The restaurant has both an omnivorous and a vegan chef. Vegan cooking classes with Chef Florian are also regularly offered - check their website.
Perfect if you want to dine with omnivores without having to compromise.

Excellent vegan options - Edit
About a third of the menu is vegan with seriously amazing choices. I ate here two evenings in a row and everything was exquisite. I spent two nights here too, and enjoyed vegan breakfasts. (I reserve 5 stars for fully vegan places.)

The Gasthaus Bürgerstüble is a cozy and humble restaurant located in St. Peter. The first time I sent here I was blown away by the large selection of vegan options. It is possible to eat a 2 or 3 course meal. The food is exceptional, especially since it is quite rare to find vegan German cuisine.

Wir haben die Pauschale 'der kleine Tapetenwechsel' gebucht und das Wochenende im Bürgerstüble verbracht. Das vegane Menü ist kreativ und sehr umfangreich für ein gutbürgerliches Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Pauschale ist unschlagbar, wenn man sich die Preise der einzelnen Gerichte anschaut. Das vegane Frühstück war nicht sehr umfangreich, aber ausreichend, wenn man bedenkt, dass am Abend wieder ein umfangreiches Abendessen aus mehreren Gängen wartet. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Wir kommen wieder.

Ich hab selten so gut vegan gegessen. Die Gerichte sind toll abgeschmeckt und wirklich sehr durchdacht. Keine 0815 Gerichte, sondern wirklich spezielle Kombinationen mit richtig viel Geschmack. Der Service war auch top. Ein muss wenn man in der Gegend unterwegs ist!

Read moreThere are lots of vegan options and it‘s so delicious- I recommend the vegan menu and my favourite were the „Maultaschen“ but it is just all extremely wonderfully cooked, I fell in love with the vegan menu and will definitely come again and tell everybody about this! The chef helped out in the service and it was great to meet him! Vegan food on that level is still missing in this area so I was really thrilled to find this place! They als offer vegan wines- just perfect!!
