A pleasant surprise

There is a whole page in the menu with vegan options, such as a pinsa with vegan cheese, asian noodles with vegan chicken and a wrap, also with vegan chicken made out of peas with sweet potatoes as a side dish, tasted really good, big recommendation!!

Great surprise!

I wasn't expecting to find great vegan food during our day trip to Klausen, but Gassl Bräu was awesome! They have a whole page dedicated to vegan food on their menu. We tried the spring roll salad and veggie wrap and were very happy with both of them. Most of the time your choices in South Tyrol are pasta or pizza, so I was super happy to find this place. Definitely going back soon!

I have been here at least five times now 😁 If you are ever in Klausen I really recommend you to try this place
