Sadly nothing vegan just oat milk for coffee. They told me that everything has butter or milk in.

They do not serve any vegan pastries on a sunday we just found out.

A pleasant surprise in Bressanone

The coffee with oat milk is very good, they have some (not many) vegan pastry options and vegetarian sandwiches and a vegan burger. Lovely place to sit outside and nice staff!
