Great selection of vegan options which are labelled. We went twice whilst in monopoli and it did not disappoint! They had vegan chocolate orange and cherry chocolate flavours which were amazing

Nocciola is a must try! - Edit
I don't like fruit flavors, so I was pleasantly surprised to find flavors like fiordilatte, dark chocolate, hazelnut, pistachio... the nocciola (hazelnut) was absolutely delicious! And it wasn't even expensive:)

We got a soya pistachio ice cream and asked for the vegan cone which was a waffle one that came out of a separate plastic wrapper. Both the ice cream and cone were delicious!
