Number one place in Uruguay

Best place we have been where they are very nice indeed to vegans

Roasted smoked Walnuts with babaganush (smoked aubergines)
Zucchini with nuts and lemon
Salad with smoked corn, looks normal but taste is fantastic soft juicy corn
Trio of roasted potato with tarragon sauce and peppers in oil (not on the menu but ask for it, chef is expert in potatoes they told me)

Yes very expensive place, but also the chef was best in the world a while back so nothing can go wrong here.

Pros: Vegan stuff, Potatoes

Cons: Price is high
