Lots of vegan options - Edit
They have a vegan menu with interesting vegan options. The quality of the food was decent (nothing remarkable) but it was nice to eat a Pumpkin Risotto (a bit overcooked for my taste) instead of a falafel dish 😅 My boyfriend took the Vegan Shepherd Pie and it was ok. 6 out of 10 for the effort, it was nice to choose from a vegan menu!

Good choices - Edit
Good choice of vegan starters mains and 2 desserts. We had really tasty mushroom penne and a vegan shepherd’s pie. Vegetables nicely cooked and generous portion size.

Vegan menu - Edit
In town to do the West Highland Way and found this place which hasn't been reviewed in a bit. They do have a vegan menu (including an unimaginative mango sorbet dessert option) and can do GF as well though they are not a GF restaurant so cross contamination is possible. Midrange table service restaurant with full bar. Prices are a bit high for what you get. Service was friendly. Dogs welcome. Most places in this town close early, this is one of the few things open after 5pm.

Yes fair - Edit
I came from the WHW and found a vegan penne arrabiata at Garvie& Co, which was absolutely perfect, tasty and good in sharpness. Price also fair (12GBP) and it was a big plate.

Good food, no vegan menu anymore - Edit
They have no separate vegan menu anymore. If you ask for it they have a menu where they have marked what you can eat. See pictures.
Read moreThey didn't have desserts on the menu that where changeable to vegan, but they offered some sorbet ice.
The food was really tasty. The bruschetta had a lot of red onion, which I don't like. But it still was nice. The mushroom and asparagus risotto was really nice and filling.
Pros: They are willing to change the dishes to vegan

Perfect start at the evening before the WHW - Edit
Separate vegan menu with 5 starters, 5 main courses, 2 desserts and some side dishes (see picture). My girlfriend and I had the soup of the day, couscous and shepherd's pie. It was delicious and so happy to have lot's of choices even as a vegan. Ideal way to treat yourself before you start the west highland way😉

Good food but doesn't cater to vegans - Edit
Menu was very badly labelled and only contained one marked vegan option. Asked for the veggie fajitas without the dairy and it still came with cheese. The food is tasty though and has good vegetarian options

Decent food and Cakes - Edit
The curry was a bit too spicy and they didn’t have the sticky toffee pudding but the coconut raspberry cake was lovely. Would be good if they had more plant milks than just soya.
