Grata sorpresa - Edit
Buscando dónde comer a las 3 sin reservas nos encontramos con este, con un menú del día com bastantes opciones vegetales. Rico y buen precio, sobró comida y no había postres

Great atmosphere and food - Edit
Flexible though limited menu, caters to individual tastes. We had a vegan Galician soup, a very rich salad with 2 Spanish cheeses and a great vegan couscous

Food with a Celtic feel - Edit
A nice place with a Galician feel. We sat inside, where there was soothing recorded harp music and a Celtic ambience. The day we visited, at lunch time, they had a 10 euro two-course menu del dia, with mainly vegan first courses and one vegan second course option. We had vegetable cous cous for the main course and vegan Galician broth for first course - both delicious. Bread and drinks are charged on top.

Lovely staff - Edit
Nice place with lovely staff. They have few vegan options, and seasonal dishes which can be made vegan. We had dinner of hummus, guacamole and curry couscous.

Meh - Edit
Se agradece que tengan opciones veganas, pero el trato, el precio (global) y la comida no es de lo más impresionante. Hay lugares mejores en Santiago para comer, sin duda.

This place is 5 stars, but HappyCow won’t allow me to give that rating... - Edit
Charming bar run with love and care. The food is fantastic: simple but good. The first time I ate there I had a gazpacho and tabouleh, both were well made. The second time I had a local Galician soup with chickpeas as the main ingredient and a couscous with spinach as my main plate. Also the desserts are great. I truly enjoyed the vegan fruit dessert. It had so much flavour. But it’s the owners who truly make the place great, they are such zen and loving people. Absolutely amazing place and definitely worth a visit for either lunch or dinner when you’re in Santiago de Compostela. 😸

Great choice of Vegan and Vegetarian Meals - Edit
We had the Galician soup and chickpea soup. Both where delicious. Our second course we both had cous cous and lentils with mushrooms. A huge amount finished with apple compote. A good pilgrim menu of the day for €12

Phenomenal - Edit
I went here today with my vegetarian sisters and we were all incredibly impressed. We’ve been walking the Camino De Santiago for three weeks and this is one of our best meals by far. We all got the menú which was €12 but the quality of the food made it so worth the price. My sisters are vegetarian and I’m a vegan and the owner was really attentive and helpful, even giving me an all vegan menu before I even had to ask. Everything we ate was perfect. If you’re only in town for a short time, go here!! The owner was so nice and clearly puts a lot of care and attention into his food.

Great experience - Edit
I was looking for a place that would serve vegan food, and came across this one that promised vegan options. Well, they have a separate vegan menu, and there was a lot to choose from, which is not usual at all at a regular restaurant. I had a salad and rice with vegetables. The food looked simple but tasted absolutely delicious. The service was also great. The price was average rather than cheap as marked on HappyCow, but it was worth every cent. I hope to be able to come back.

GREAT HIDDEN CORNER! - Edit
Friendly and very veggie/vegan friendly. We were booking into our hotel and turned around and there was Garigolo! Lovely wooden interior and bar but sat outdoors to enjoy sunshine and people-watching. Glad we did because a veggie Camino friend saw us and joined us. Quiet, gentle, smiley man served us and was really helpful with pointing out vegan options. Recommend this hidden gem!

Hidden gem (deserves 5 stars) - Edit
We found this place by luck on our last night in Santiago de Compostela. We were stoked to find most things on the menu were either vegetarian or vegan and the owner was so friendly he was more than happy to talk us through the menu and cater for any of our needs.
Read moreThe was amazing, we had the 3 course menu, soup, rice & veg main and dessert and loved every course.
