Delicious! - Edit

I originally didn’t want to come here based on the reviews but this place was great. I said I was vegan and asked if they could accommodate one of the pasta options and they said they could modify the risotto for sure. I wanted one of the pasta options but was fine settling and I’m so glad I did. It was so delicious and comforting and savory. It reminded me of thanksgiving gravy. Was so pleasantly surprised and honestly best vegan meal I’ve had in a long time! I’m sure their menu rotates but they are accommodating and knowledgeable.

Very good, but lacking vegan options - Edit

Gardina's has very few vegan options - their hummus platter appetizer is vegan and their pasta primavera can be made vegan by substituting with tomato based sauce and getting rid of the cheese, all you have to do is ask! I think their veggie burger can be made vegan as well, but you would need to ask to be sure. I have had both the hummus and the pasta primavera and they were both wonderful! The staff was very nice and accomodating, and the restaurant itself has a great environment. It is a wine bar - I am not sure about their selection of vegan wines, so you would need to lookup the options on their menu to check. They also make great cocktails!

Cons: Not a lot of vegan options, A little pricey for Oshkosh

Lacking in vegan options - Edit

I had the beet and walnut burger, however I had to ask for it to be modified as it originally came with a goat cheese spread. The food is good and they are very accommodating, but the lack of vegan options is very frustrating.

Pros: Great atmosphere, Very accommodating
