Open in ski season only. Vegan stall at the upstairs food court at Copper Mountain Ski Resort in the East Village, near the closest building to the Tubing Hill. Serves veggie burgers from Lightlife and Dr Praegers brands as well as a portobello burger, falafels, caul-rice bowls, and chili. Cooks to-order. Open Mon-Sun 10:30am-2:30pm.

Great food. Feta cheese was amazing. - Edit
Great food at great prices. Freshly made right in front of you. The feta cheese tastes so authentic. Everything served here is vegan. What a find!

Wow, ALL vegan food at Copper Mountain! - Edit
I hadn't visited Copper Mountain in a few years so I wasn't expecting much when I went to check out the offerings in the Grand Hall Food Court. Low and behold I find Garden of Vegan - and all vegan food stall! And they cooked the food right there on a dedicated grill! It took a little long for our Lightlife Burgers ($11) because of the line and there was ONLY one person working the stall. But it was so great to have options I didn't mind the wait. I will try one of the Cauli-Rice bowls the next time I go to Copper.
