Also could ask to veganize other items like the roasted delicata squash, guacamole, hummus, quinoa bowl, salads, roasted veggies, and fries. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-2:00pm, Mon-Sun 5:30pm-9:00pm.

excellent vegan entree! - Edit
Limited vegan options but the one vegan entree (you don't even have to special order it without animal products!!) totally makes up for this. It was a mushroom and wild rice dish that was incredibly well thought out, put together, and satisfying. One of the best vegan entrees I had in the springs. Recommend to keep asking the bakery if they have a vegan option, they did not on the day that I was there but they very easily could if there is a demand for it!
Pros: fresh, delicious
Cons: few vegan options, no vegan desserts
