Vegan and Gluten free

Cooked from scratch 🙌 they adjusted their menu to make me a gorgeous hueves rancheros without eggs or dairy. They added potato hash. Truly one of the best meals I have had in America.

Pros: Fabulous menu, Snake to cook from scratch to cater to your needs, Vegan and gluten free options in the cafe/market

excellent vegan entree!

Limited vegan options but the one vegan entree (you don't even have to special order it without animal products!!) totally makes up for this. It was a mushroom and wild rice dish that was incredibly well thought out, put together, and satisfying. One of the best vegan entrees I had in the springs. Recommend to keep asking the bakery if they have a vegan option, they did not on the day that I was there but they very easily could if there is a demand for it!

Pros: fresh, delicious

Cons: few vegan options, no vegan desserts
