Nice "Kneipe" in the best cinema of Münster - Edit
I went to the Cafe und Kneipe several times to drink or eat something before my film show, but I was actually vegetarian at that time (vegan options available however) .
Read moreThe place is very nice and looks like a typical french "brasserie". The staff and the place is very nice and friendly (LGBT+ friendly...)
As a real german "Kneipe", lunches are mostly "traditional" but taste very good and are fresh-prepared. I had for example a Popeye omelette (Pfannkuchen) with spinat and goat's cheese. Every lunch had a special name from movies or actors.
ps: there is also chocolate and vanilla vegan ice-cream to take away into the cinema
Kann ich nur empfehlen!
Pros: Vegan traditional food, Friendly staff, LGBT+ friendly , Best cinema ever
Cons: Too close together tables?

have a bite before cinema - Edit
The Garbo is nearly always full, so better make a reservation, or come early enough. As written above in the description, vegan options are clearly marked, and the food is good.
Read moreThe restaurant is integrated into the cinema, where they show movies beyond the blockbuster mainstream. The cinema, and the café are also a meeting point for the gay scene of Muenster, they organise lots of stuff in that direction (queer monday, gay film festival, cooperations with the local Christopher-Street-Day, ...).
Pros: cozy atmosphere, meeting point for the gay scene
Cons: sometimes a bit loud
