Tasted Good, Looked Crappy - Edit
The food here was a good light lunch, although it didn't taste 100% fresh and was a little rushed. Overall, a good choice for an airport stop.
Pros: Satisfies savory cravings, Near airplane gates, Fast workers
Cons: Not fresh-tasting, Sloppily thrown together

Maybe it doesn't sell here, but was really looking forward to it during my layover.

I was here for a layover and pulled up Happy Cow to see what options I had for lunch. I ordered a falafel bowl and everything was clearly labeled as vegan and vegetarian. Falafel has good texture, baba ganoosh is smoky, hummus is smooth. Great option and easy to get to from other terminals.
