Take note: pitas here are not vegan - Edit
I really like Garbanzo, but as good a job as they do of highlighting vegan items, which is almost everything on the line, I believe that they intentionally do not emphasize the fact that the pitas are made with whey conditioner and hence not vegan. This information is readily available on their website, and whereas vegan items in store are clearly marked, it's not obvious that the pitas are "vegetarian" rather than "vegan." I suspect that this omission is no accident, and emails to corporate on the subject have been met with no topical response. Even still I can hardly find too much fault what is arguably the most vegan friendly major chain-to-be.

Good and fast - Edit
This is a great options for fast vegan food. Of course they have lots of meat, but also awesome falafel, hummus and tahina. Easily able to eat vegan here. Highlands locations is nice and clean and open.

Fresh food and good prices - Edit
We recently got take-out from the Cherry Creek location. Lots of business but plenty of staff to handle the business. All the food was good, fresh, and reasonable in price. As noted in the main description, all vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free items are clearly noted.
