Fast and Filling!

So happy this place has opened in Denver! I’ve had both the falafel and portobello stuffed pitas. Vegan toppings are clearly labeled and there are many options.

Expensive but okay

Everything that is vegan is clearly marked. None of the bread-based options were vegan, however the salad and bowl options are. The food was decent, but expensive ($17 for a bowl), although you're at an airport so that's to be expected. Also, the portions are relatively generous for airport food.

Overall, an acceptable option.

Pros: Tasted decent, Relatively filling

Cons: Moderately expensive

Good option

Pretty good falafels but not the best I’ve ever had. They clearly labeled everything though! Including vegan, vegetarian, GF, and spice levels. It was a good option in the airport.

Best options we found at terminal B

A nice choose your own style Mediterranean place. Had falafel and mushrooms for your protein options. Lots of veggie and other toppings to add to pitas, bowls or salads. Not the best food but the best option we found in terminal B

Pros: Fast, Options to choose from

Best place in the terminal

It's the best place in terminal B. But Mediterannean is one of my favorite food styles. You can go somewhere else in terminal B if you want soydogs, but for me, I'll always take Mediterannean over soydogs.

Fresh food, clearly labeled

Fresh, clearly labeled Mediterranean food, you can't get much better than this at an airport. That quality comes with a price, be prepared to spend 'airport prices' ($15 minimum).

Prob a new favorite in DIA

I’ve been flying out of DIA my entire life and it’s always been pretty difficult to find fast, good vegan food. Garbanzo has solved every one of my airport food gripes, and for this I am extremely grateful. It’s cheap (for airport food), accessible, and that have so many veg options. Line was really short when I went too. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t vegan. My only issue was that vegan options weren’t clearly marked. Very slay!

Vegan food desert haven

There were no good options in terminal A so I took the train to terminal B, picked up Garbanzo, and came back. The whole trip took about 15 minutes.

Had the stuffed pita with falafel and a bunch of other options that were great. It’s a build your own style of setup and there is a sticker over each option clearly showing what is vegan.

I’d recommend this place if you find yourself in the A or B terminal at DEN.

Pros: Not overpriced ($11), Clearly marked vegan options

Great airport food

Think if it like a Mediterranean Chipotle, but what’s really nice is that all the vegan labels are on the glass so it’s easy to see when you order! I had a falafel bowl, and the staff are more than willing to load up your bowl (it is very filling)! #Veganuary

Savoury

Unexpected from an airport. They had Vegan options available late. They made everything fresh. The workers are very nice and helpful. The airport sucks but they make it tolerable.

Pros: open late, delicious, nice staff

Cons: still limited options, very pricey, no seating closeby

Healthy & yummy

Solid place to get healthy vegan food at the airport. I got a bowl with lettuce, hummus, falafels, grilled veggies, yellow rice, pickled cabbage, and salsa. $15 for mi bowl but definitely worth it if you want to eat.

Satisfying and delicious

I was stuck at the Denver airport for a 3 hour layover and was Hungry! I was so very pleasantly surprised to find this spot as it turned out to be full of flavor, satisfying and yet refreshing after a long flight with so many labeled options! I ordered the falafel bowl with almost ALL the vegan trimmings they offered.🥳 Did I mention they use compostable containers that we should all be using at this point?? Yaaaas!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I'm stuck, but at least I can eat

We've been trying to leave Denver for 16 hours, but at least the airport has a solid food option!

Menu is well marked on vegan items. Tried two pitas, one with portobello and one with falafel, tahini sauce and loaded with vegetables. Portobello was delicious, meaty and they definitely didn't skimp on it.

Favorite vegan option at the Denver airport

They have good vegan options and I came here specifically for the stuffed pita with falafels after reading everyone else's comments. I added seasoned rice, grilled veggies, and a few other things and sauce. You'll see vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free labels over each option in front of you. They really stuffed it so it was worth the price and filled me up. I recommend it for a healthy and filling option!

Thank god

Thank god a healthy vegan option while traveling. I was starving and living off airport chips for two days.

This is right next to the McDonald's in the food court terminal B. The tram is a short ride over from A or C.

They have your choice of handheld wraps and pitas or bowls, salads and plates.

The vegan options I saw: falafel, portobello mushroom, lettuce, hummus, babagenoush, Tabelouh, rice, onions, grilled onions and peppers, and pickles. They also had garbanzo fries and chips. I did not ask I assumed all was vegan when I saw the preparations- feel free to ask.

The staff wore gloves AND used tongs so I didn't need to tell them to change gloves which was nice. Also you could see the grill area had separate sections for the vegetables and the meat.

Portions were big and filling. The falafel was a bit dry not the best. But hey, it's at an airport! Im just happy to eat real food here!

Excellent Vegan Mediterranean

Located in Terminal B, in a food court. So new, it isn't even on the airport map. This food is so good it has to be tried to be believed. So many vegan options, there should be something for everybody. Kind of like a Subway where you build your own pita, meal, etc. VERY reasonable prices as well - especially for an airport. Choose from falafel, hummus, pita, baba ghanoush, tabouleh, cucumber salad, many pickles and condiments. Just tell them what you want on it. Wish there was one where I live.

Pros: Delicious, Huge variety, Good service

Falafel is amazing

Had pita stuffed falafel that was very filling for $9.00. So many flavors and they did not skimp on fillings. Wasn't sure if rice was vegan so I did not get that but didn't need it either.
