Friendly staff, delicious hummus - Edit
The hummus bar, I'm very sorry to say, will be closing. However, in the time it's been open they have served high-end hummus, soup and cakes with a smile. They also have a very good policy that allows you to bring your own containers when you order hummus to save waste. I sincerely hope that they open again in the future in another location.

Cute little hummus bar with a variety of flavors. Can have a bowl or a sandwich. Fresh homemade lemonade and delish vegan cakes. The owner is really nice and has a very elaborate stamp card!

Homemade hummus and smiling faces! - Edit
Nijmegens best homemade hummus in all different kind of flavours. You can find them in the paraplufabrieken, an old umbrella factory. On a friday night or on a saturday during the day, you can go get hummus to take home with you or order a nice piece of bread with hummus and fresh veggies and homemade sauces. On friday nights they also have soups, platters and cakes and more! Everything is vegan! You can enjoy your meal at Garbanzo or at the pub with a cold beer across the hummus bar if it’s open.

Ik heb vandaag samen met mijn vriend een Heerlijk broodje gehaald. Ik was zeer onder de indruk van de smaak combinatie! Als je van een wat bijzonderder broodje houd zou ik hier zeker voor gaan. Aan te raden is om gewoon te zeggen dat je alles eet want man man man echt heel erg top! 😍🤩

The hummus sandwiches are amazing! You can also take away 6 flavours of hummus, all very tasty! They also serve vegan baked goods and homemade iced tea.
