We stayed just around the corner from this restaurant and ate there two times. They offer few dishes which can be made vegetarian: potato pancakes, spring onion pancakes, bibimbap, mushroom hotpot and kimchi tofu. The food was tasty and staff friendly. The older lady who cooks there came to check if we liked the food. Pleasant experience.
This place has an English menu. I asked whether the tofu casserole was vegan, by showing him a Korean question and he pointed at the tofu casserole and the mushroom casserole. This was a huge relief, because there didn't seem to be anything else vegan in the area - I've been eating oreos and bananas for breakfast! The owners were very kind and double checked with me whether they could add egg. The dish was huge and very filling and came with a variety of kimchi. They also appear to have a vegetarian bibimbap which I will ask about tonight.

Just so you know the oreos in South Korea are not vegan! I know, it's crazy!! But the Korean ones have milk in the ingredients ://
