Awesome place! - Edit
We had our best meal in Cartagena here. Great South Indian food and good atmosphere. You could really tell that the place was cared for. It was almost a positive thing for them that we wanted vegan food. More than half the menu is vegan/vegetarian. It was such a nice thing, to get some spicy food for a change - it is a bit expensive, but totally worth it!! Will return!

Top Notch - Edit
Rabi knows his food - speaks english - and is sensitive to all your dietary concerns. AND the food is great. All very much appreciated while traveling!! SO many vegan options too, nearly everything on the menu. Clean, located in the historic district. Go here - thank me later :)

Cons: dosa not vegan, needs more notable advert outside - you could miss, that I don't live nearer so I could come here

The owner spoke English which made it sooo easy to communicate. The food was good, plenty of flavour and a good sized portion.

I was happily surprised. The Aloo Paneer and the naan bread were good.
Excellent (its always nice when the owner comes to the table and tells you that he's using his mom's recipes!)

Expensive place about 30000 pesos for main dish and starters 15000. but damn is the food good and the dishes are big enough. very nice interior and with AC and WiFi. The owner is very nice and speaks English fluently. Overall not something to go every day but absolutely worth a visit.
Pros: authentic and very good Indian food, lots of options for veggie and vegan

Great Indian Food - has NEW location - Edit
first, don't go trying to find it at the address noted above (calle de las bovedas - that is their old location). Luckily a woman in the store next door had a stack of flyers with Ganesha's new address: "Calle del Colegio, Carrera 6, #34-68, Centro Historico. Tel (+57 5) 660-9165; open 7 days, 12-3, then 6:30-10pm
The flyer even had the word Vegan on it ('vegano'), so in addition to all the meat stuff, they did have a lot for vegans (and they list the vegetarian items first on each page). Awesome food. I had a chickpeas/potatoes dish, and also some kind of lentil pakora appetizer. Owner is a very friendly person & food was all made to order.
Definitely eat here.
