Good Food and friendly staff - Edit
Ganesh offers lots of different vegan and vegetarian options. All very tasty, but could have been a little more spicy. Where the food lacked spices the drinks had brilliant spicy flavors:)

Had a delicious meal! Very informed, take out menu marks all vegan and gluten free options, sadly their online is a little confusing. They accommodated very well though and I was satisfied, will be coming back to try the buffet soon!

Vegan in Fort Union! - Edit
I was so happy to find Ganesh tucked away in the south end of the valley, where there aren't many good vegan choices. They label the vegan choices on the menu and on the buffet, which is just lovely. They have choices for appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees that are all vegan--try the Aloo Sag or the yellow lentil curry. The day we went, they had a homemade spinach curry with onions on the buffet that was so good we tried to replicate it at home. Let the staff know you're vegan and ask for your naan without butter. They'll be happy to help.
