A lovely find - Edit
The cafe is situated about a third of a mile from the road between Inverie and Airor on the Knoydart peninsula. You either park or walk to the sign for Doune and then walk over a heather moor down to the bay where Penny has set up a cafe in her home. Lots of beautiful food on offer from soup and cakes to a full meal. The menu is constantly changing and Penny will cook to order with notice. Has a gorgeous Moroccan Tagine with cops cos followed by blackberry and apple crumble with soya cream. Phone ahead to let penny know you are going and she will create some lovely vegan food for you. Stunning views over Doune Bay to the Isle of Skye while you eat.
