Beetroot burger + couscous - Edit
The vegan menu item when we visited was a beet burger on top of couscous. I didn't go in with very high expectations, but I was surprised by how good it was. It was a really nice deviation from the regular veggie burger/fries that are on the menus in smaller restaurants.

Absolutely Delicious Vegan Dish - Edit
I ordered then vegan option on their menu after going through their very interesting and unique museum. It was a super yummy curry dish with veggies, beans, fine diced almonds and an incredible sauce that was the perfect blend of sweet and savory. It also came with a side garden salad and fresh bread which was nice to dip in the curry. I highly recommend.
