Great soy vanilla, but it was the only vegan flavor - Edit
According to the woman at the counter, only the soy vanilla was without milk. It seemed quite weird to me, but she said she's sure.

Found this yummy place for gelato. The vegan options are not labeled, but the staff was friendly and knowledgable. They had about 5 vegan flavors.
