Great soup for chilly days - Edit
This is a great ramen shop. Perfect for lunch or dinner on chilly winter day. They have lots of veggies you can add to your bowl. They have soupless for those that do not want broth. Kimchi fries are great, ask for no mayo. Full bar too.

This small ramen shop has a vivid interior with all sorts of colorful paintings and decor. The service is really good, they are very helpful in finding what ever dietary options you might need. The menu is clearly marked with vegan and vegetarian options for ramen, only. The ramen is good, we ordered and it was out in about 3 minutes, but my noodles were a little too uncooked and had a tough texture. I also had a bubble tea no bubbles, it was okay but tasted a little chemically at the end. I think they flavor with syrups.
