Turns out 5 ⭐️s are only allowed for straight up vegan or vegetarian restaurants but these guys are SO close to fully vegetarian. They do offer a couple of meat options which tends to help us vegans because our our non-veg friends will actually go there with us!

The owner took time to explain the concept of his store and the food. The salad I got was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. So nice to find a gluten free, vegan option close by!!!
