Good bagels, vegan options - Edit
This is a counter serve bagel place with a bunch of tables inside and outdoors. I had their bagel sandwich with vegan eggs, cheese, and sausage. I’m not so sure how healthy it was, but it did taste delicious and was quite filling breakfast; and the bagels really good.

Gables has the most extensive, affordable, and quick vegan breakfast takeout menu in town. My favorite is the vegan breakfast sandwich with egg substitution, vegan sausage, and vegan cheddar on an everything bagel.
Read moreI am a self-proclaimed bagel snob. The bagels are soft and fluffy on the inside and are made with New York water (important for bagel snobs). I often buy bagels by the dozen to eat at home throughout the week. They also sell vegan cream cheese.
