Plenty of Vegan Options! - Edit
This was such a great find during our trip to Wichita, which has very limited vegan food options. The staff were very friendly and the food was good. We tried several things, but the TACU TACU with Tofu Saltado was my favorite. We also tried the Peruvian Chicha Morada drink, made with purple corn, pineapple and spices. Delicious!

Yummy no fuss Peruvian food - Edit
Got a few appetizer options like the yucca fries and plantains. The separate vegan/veg section of the menu has a good number of options with tofu plus a combo plate to try out a few things. The donuts are vegan if you mix the honey
