Serves meat, vegan options available. Nothing vegan specifically noted on the menu, but if you mention it the staff can make something for you, like vegan tacos. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm.
We’ve driven by this place so many times and never thought to stop. Thanks to other reviews here we stopped for lunch and ordered the vegan tacos. (Not on the menu). They were DELICIOUS! The nopales in the salsa bar were awesome! Definitely eating here every time we drive through Lost Hills.
For years I've driven on I-5 and had stopped here for gas never knowing this place existed. .since vegan, Its been tough finding a places to eat on the road outside of subway sandwiches...(which get old quick)
Long story short, came here based on this app...nothing vegan listed, but when I ordered they hooked up some good eats. I had 3 veggie tacos...chips were a little greasy, but still good and very fresh.
We went here based on a an online review that mentioned vegan tacos. When we arrived, there was nothing vegan listed on the menu, but when we asked if they had options, the man behind the counter said he could make us 3 vegan tacos. He offered us free chips and salsa and said that the chips were fried in vegetable oil but they also fried chimichangas in the same oil.
The tacos were delicious, very filling, and inexpensive. I told the man (owner?) on my way out that I really appreciated that he offered us a vegan option. Hopefully the more he hears this, the more he'll consider adding them to the menu, and possibly more vegan options.
