Some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had - Edit
This place was awesome! So surprised to see such good vegan food at the dolomites. They gave us extra vegan truffles at the end and a little vegan soup in the beginning for free. Sushi was fantastic. Definitely go!!

Go here for dinner - Edit
There isn’t any other place in town worth eating at if you’re vegan. Eat here as many times as you can afford to. I ordered 4 different menu items between 2 visits and they were all phenomenal. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. Amazing that this exists in the Dolomites. Make a reservation if possible.

Inventive and delicious - Edit
Plenty of vegan options here and everything is clearly labeled. The staff is also knowledgeable. We had a few appetizers and three sushi rolls and they were each flavorful and textured. It’s nice to go out to sushi and get more than just an avocado roll. We also had their coconut dessert which was fun and creative. Definitely recommend.

Dessert! - Edit
Wonderful little spot. The staff were extremely attentive. Everyone got a free appetiser and because we ordered vegan items they knew to give us vegan appetisers without specifying - and then confirmed they were vegan without us even asking. The miso soup was the best I’ve had and the tempura veggies and maki were good too. But the star of the show was the dessert - simply named Coconut - it was heaven. My partner isn’t a big coconut fan but he loved it. It’s also perfectly balanced and just a showstopper. Amazing to have a dessert that’s not a sorbet. Go here!

Most vegan options in cortina ! - Edit
If you're wanting a break from bread with red sauce (a.k.a marinara pizza) then do come here!
Read moreVegan options are clearly labelled on the menu.
We had an appetiser (on the house) avocado, seaweed and ginger (picture uploaded) and tempura veg to start (mixture of peppers, root veg , asparagus).
Then we had the vegan burger which was a beyond meat burger with glazed red and white cabbage, avocado) and a sauce on the side with some sautéed veg. Doesn't come with chips etc but the corn bread was really filling and delish. We also ordered the vegetable umaki, and a bottle of wine and some still water
Came to 90 pounds in total with service charge but worth it for a change in food and some veg/protein!
They also have vegan dessert! We didn't try as we went a bit overboard on the food !
Really delish food, lots of other vegan sushi options too.
Pros: Variety of food , Really tasty, Veg! Finally
Cons: Its a little Spenny if you're on a budget

Fvsion Dinner - Edit
Tasty side dishes, the sushi was okay. Haven't tried the other things as soba or tempura. Wakame salad and miso soups was really tasty. Deer sushi is very interesting but maybe for some a bit to exotic.

Amazing vegan food and service! - Edit
I was really pleased with all the vegan options available at Fvsion, an Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant. We ordered soba noodles with pistachios and wasabi leaves, veggie maki (with wakame), veggie tempura, a poke bowl and an incredible dessert that offered tomato and raspberry mousse. Wow! I could have had 2 more if I wasn’t so full from dinner.
Read moreOur waiter was kind, funny and very attentive. Normally the meal ends with a piece of homemade chocolate, but the staff couldn’t find white vegan chocolate this week. Instead, they offered us sake with some Yuzu. As our waiter said, ‘It tastes like candy.’😂👌🏼
The restaurant is a bit hidden at the end of a road, nestled beneath a hotel. It’s worth the trek though! I suggest coming by car. The restaurant offers free parking. If the lot is full, there’s a free parking lot ~300m up the street from whence you came.
Pros: Lots of vegan options (clearly labelled), Friendly staff, Unique fusion dishes, locals dine here, dessert
Cons: A little further from the touristy city centre

Great food, visited twice in a week - Edit
Vegan items clearly marked on menu. Good service - I told them I was vegan and they brought me a modified entree. Tried the vegetable tempura, veg sushi, poke bowl and the chickpea main - all of them were tasty. Had cinnamon ice cream for dessert. I was with other non-vegans who also really enjoyed the restaurant.

We came here for date night and weren’t disappointed the food was incredible and the staff were great. We had some sushi and two main meals. We would definitely come back! Would recommend to any vegan in the area! Lots of local eating here too. That’s shows it’s not just tourist food.

Amazing place to eat dinner in Cortina!
Read moreWe visited this restaurant on 9th July 2020 because we were searching for some change from Italian cuisine during our long stay in Italy. The restaurant is nicely decorated, cozy and with nice background music. They offer some vegetarian and vegan dishes.
The food was great, we had sushi, poke bowl and soba noodles with pistachios. The soba noodles sounded a bit boring on the menu, but it was full of flavor and very nice.
The service was just perfect as it should be, the waiter was friendly, spoke great English and French as well, he was making jokes and had a good knowledge of what he is serving. Our mojitos were made with mint cut right in front of the restaurant:)
Pros: Cozy interior, Perfect service
Cons: Not so many veg options, High coperto (3€pp)
