Local vegetarian delights

Local Cantonese vegetarian cuisine which is very popular with the locals so making reservations is highly recommended.
Must try wantons (soup and deep fried versions), curry fried rice (mo luo fried rice).
Check if you are vegan though because some food such as wanton wrapper and fried rice contain eggs.

Pros: Wok hei flavour , Reasonable pricing , Homely environment

Cons: Crowded

Good food, huge portions

The menu is fully in Chinese, special menu with pictures in a photo album for non Chinese speakers.
We had 3 dishes, one with veggies and shredded tofu, one with some balls of unknown nature and some greens and last one was a tofu pot. Everything was really good and we still had some for breakfast next day.

Tasty food, many options, very affordable

Straightforward Chinese vegetarian restaurant. Many different dishes, tea provided with meal. Great value for money. No English menu / Englisch speaking staff but menu with photos of dishes - works just fine!

tasty traditional vegan Chinese food!

went here with my non-veggie mom and loved everything that we tried😄the dining area was big and there were plenty of tables, and the portions were generous. the staff are older and seem to be a friendly family or group of friends and I got good vibes from them! some of the fried rice listed on the menu contains egg, but they can be removed if you let them know!

Delicious and filling lunch

My (non-vegetarian) partner and I had a late lunch at Fuyue Xianju after wandering around Macau. We had some fried snacks, two main dishes and a bowl of rice but couldn’t finish it all as the portions were very generous. The food was delicious, flavourful but not overly rich, and again, large! The morning glory was especially delicious.

As is noted on this listing, the staff do not speak English, but there is a menu with pictures. Attempts at (very bad) Cantonese were
appreciated. I would suggest that if you have additional dietary constraints (I.e. gluten-free or allergies), go with a fluent Cantonese speaker. They accept credit cards, but not accept Amex.

All that said, great experience and would go with more people next time to try more dishes!

Yum!

Very busy during lunch time but worth the wait. Not sure what is vegan and hard to find out if you don't speak Cantonese, but otherwise really yummy!

Pros: Lots of choice

Cons: If you are not up to sharing a table with others,, maybe not the place for you

Simple and tasty

The food was simple and tasty. Two friendly staff member. Communicated in Mandarin, but there is an English menu.
We got a free side dish of veggie fried noodles, which was a nice little freebie.

Pros: English menu, Nice seitan pork

Good and cheap vegetarian food

Fuyue Xuanju shares a similar menu with Fengcheng Xuan. They sell good chinese vegetarian food in generous portions. Recommendation include wanton noodles, fried rice, stir fried vegetables etc. some items may contain eggs, please check with staff if you are vegan.
