Fruit sando! - Edit
I’ve been so excited to try a fruit sando, and this was my first opportunity. It’s on the 12th floor so I was a perfect stop after getting the two vegan bento from Bellmart on the 15th floor. Quick and fresh!

Decent vegan dessert option - Edit
Checked with staff and they use soy cream and soy ice cream. I ordered saying "vegan" and they seem to understood. It's one of the (very) few vegan ice cream / dessert options near nagoya station.

It was okay. The granola or cereal they use is not vegan as it contains milk. So I got the kiwi and mango without cereal and added the vegan ice-cream and cream for an extra ¥102. The vegan cream and ice-cream did taste good, but like others have mentioned, there wasn't much of it.

Nice, not as many options as the Tokyo locations - Edit
Dessert stand on the 12th floor with ample seating area. Fruit sandwiches are superb. Make sure to specify that you want soy ice cream for floats and parfaits.

Ordered soy, received dairy - Edit
Despite being the only customer there, being charged extra for soy icecream, it stating on the receipt I ordered and paid for soy, turns out they gave me the dairy version. I was suspicious of the taste but assumed this was just how their soy icecream was. Comparing other photos after, I realised the mistake and went back to confirm. A different employee went through the register's order history and confirmed.

Questionably vegan - Edit
So, the ice cream is definitely soy ice cream. BUT the whipped cream that came on top of the “vegan” parfait is questionable. Someone who speaks Japanese (we don’t) may have to inquire further about the whipped cream. Or just ask for no whipped cream. The soy ice cream was tasty and there was a good combination of fruits and jelly. But there was hardly any ice cream in the parfait and it was definitely overpriced.

I was skeptical of this listing, so I walked over and confirmed that there is vegan ice cream. The menu clearly says “vegan” in English. Will update review once I try it.
