Helpful and knowledgable - Edit
They understand what veganism means and which makes a huge difference. They have recently created a new vegan menu which has a good variety of both Vietnamese and western dishes.

Every day for breakfast, the chef made us our own food. We asked if it were possible for tofu scramble, the waiter showed the chef the recipe and they made it for us. They understood that buffets aren’t the most vegan friendly places due to people using tongs on meat and then veggie food.
The same waiter greeted us by name every morning/ evening so we didn’t have to explain to different members of staff every day our dietary requirements.
A friend came with a gluten free child and they were also able to accommodate them. Learning how to make gluten free pizzas!
I really couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Wonderful spot w/vegan food - Edit
We spent a heavenly week at Fusion resort, and all of our vegan needs were not only met but surpassed. The breakfast buffet in the morning was abundant and always included at least one vegan option in addition to salad bar, fruit and bread with numerous toppings ( peanut butter, jams, seeds) . I requested oatmeal every day also. In addition, the chef prepared us a different hot dish for every morning of our stay, one day it was a fresh noodle soup, another day a rice roll dish.
Read moreFor lunches and dinners there was a well developed vegan a la carte menu with salads, 4 or 5 appetizers and 8 or 9 entrees and the staff told us that if we tire of the menu the chef would be happy to create something just for us.
The resort itself was luxurious and included at least two spa treatments EVERY DAY of your stay. You could have massages , facials, pedicures, etc. The rooms include a giant bath tub that where the staff will prepare a special herbal bath upon request. The staff were very well trained and cheerful. Cant imagine a better place for a vegan- supported getaway.
Pros: Wonderful vegan food options, True luxury
Cons: You still have to see meat in the buffet
