Delicious burritos and friendly

Wanted to try this place out for a while, due to its ethical pay it forward charity work and reviews on here. Visited with my also vegan fiancee and our 3 dogs.

The owner was so friendly and welcoming, made us and our pups feel at home and served up the best burritos I've ever eaten.

Full of flavour and great ingredients, we both had the black bean burrito, though also a jackfruit option we will try next time.

Pros: Excellent burritos, Super friendly, Very dog friendly

Cons: Ideally would like wider choice-salad based stuff?

Great food, great value

Tried jackfruit and seitan options and loved both. I also like the fact they do a 'pay it forward' to help the homeless.

Pros: Vegan as well as vegetarian options., Pay-it-forward scheme

Really lovely friendly place for delicious vegan food

I had the seitan fajita melt and my husband had a sweet potato and black bean burrito. Both were really tasty and had a good kick!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Friendly chap running the place, Great value!

Lovely food

This is a great cafe/takeaway in Newbury just off the high street. They do baguettes, burritos and salad bowls plus often a vegan cake. I have the rice bowl. I have had the jackfruit one and the sweet potato one, both delicious. My son has also had a vegan burrito which he enjoyed. They also, admirably, operate a pay it forward scheme where you can pay for a meal or drink (or both!) for a person in need. Definitely worth a visit.
