Build your own sushi?? Yes please!! Such a delicious place!! I eat here more than I should admit! They compost too! Yeah!
Pros: Tofu to put in your sushi, They have a brown rice option , No soda, only flavored teas

Menu is clearly marked with allergen and vegetarian/vegan information. I had vegan sushi and it was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and it was made quickly to order.
Pros: Menu is marked with vegan items, As fast as "fast food" but much healthier, Friendly staff
