beautiful place with good food

Japanese Nabe usually use fish and pork bone to make soup base. They told me their chef used to say it's impossible to do it without. I'm so happy to hear how they convinced the chef by making a very tasteful vegetarian soup base.
The Nabe hot pot is reservation only. You can come to ski in Hakuba Goryu and pass by to make reservation for dinner. This restaurant is just next to the slope, easy to find.
It's the best place in Goryu to have a vegan traditional hot pot with family and friends.

Pros: excellent food, fresh vegetables and mushrooms , friendly staff
