As of April 2014, no vegan or vegetarian restaurants in the Quad City area. Open Tue-Sun 11:00am-3:00pm, Tue-Thu 5:00pm-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 5:00pm-12:00am, Sat-Sun 12:00am-2:00am, Sun 5:00pm-9:00pm.

Delicious! - Edit
They have an option of eating at their buffet table or ordering from the menu. When I went, I got the buffet and there were several vegan options! It was $11 for all you can eat. Not bad! I definitely want to go back and see what's on the menu.
