Definitely not plant-based

Nope - here I am in 2024 and there is almost nothing plant-based / healthy at Fumo in Incline Village

The only thing doable is the little Edamame appetizer (and if you’re on the breakfast menu, Avocado Toast (or basic oatmeal). Even the Avocado Toast comes with eggs and hollandaise sauce on top unless you tell them… after I said I was vegan / 100% plant-based, they said ‘but eggs are alright?’ jeesh

Pros: edamame, avocado toast (if you redesign it)

Cons: nothing else plant-based / vegan, not educated on what plat-based / vegan means

Gets better all the time

Although they used to only have a couple of vegan items, they added a delicious pasta dish and a cauliflower steak dish. There are also some appetizers. The staff is excellent. We go at least once a month. Best vegan eats in Incline Village!

Pros: They added creative and lucious new dishes, The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, The food and ambience are excellent

Cons: Can't think of anything
