ok , must must visit this place !

The owner is Italian , and did magic with this place. Yes it's a gourmet restaurant but still It's down to earth. Lovely atmosphere & amazing view .. I was with 4 friends non vegan and they were in shock how delicious is vegan food .
We tried 6 -8 dishes , and all of them were super tasty .
The price is not that high for Miami !
Call the restaurant for parking if you come with car !!

Disappointed

Not a lot to chose from on the menu. Very small portions therefore too expensive. Yuca fries were ok, the mushroom toasts the bread wasn’t good.

fully vegan fine dining with whole foods

I love Full Bloom. First and foremost excellent friendly service provided by Francesco and Jenny. I dined at the bar. Amazing ambiance. I loved the artwork and the bookshelf had some unique reads on it. I am a bibliophile aka lover of books.

I went with the Roasted Tenderloin upon Francesco’s recommendation. The Chickpea steak with sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts was all done up to perfection. Everything is made in house. It was filling and flavorful made with whole foods which is the way I like to eat and best of all everything is full vegan. Nice atmosphere and a short walk from South Beach. Recommended!

Pros: fully vegan fine dining with whole foods, cool atmosphere , friendly service

Little gem close to my office

Been a regular for years since they are close to my office. The ambiance is very cozy which I love! I usually get a Cuban Bowl but the Guava Pancakes are a must try as well.

Amazing experience

Great outdoor setting on the porch of a hotel. Buffalo cauliflower and pickles were perfect. Lots of vegan restaurants have buffalo cauliflower as an appetizer. These were a cut above most. I also got lions mane mushrooms in a lemongrass pork style. They were served with leaves of lettuce to make lettuce rolls. The only thing we weren't crazy about was the tarmisu for desert. I recommend getting something else.

Pros: Buffalo cauliflower , Lemongrass pok, Service

Cons: Tarmisu

Buffalo wings to die for!

You must order the cauliflower buffalo wings, they’re insanely good. I had the drunken noodles, San choy bow and the wings and they were all full of flavor! Would definitely go back.

Pros: Variety of options, Well priced , Delicious

Visited twice!!

The menu is creative and just delicious. Lovely little setting, good atmosphere, delightful staff and did I mention delicious. Cannot fault this place. Rather than try and navigate vegan options in other restaurants it was just a no brainer to come back here again with guaranteed delicious food.

Pros: Creative dishes , Good portions , Attentive staff

Zero stars wtf

We ate at Planta (highly recommend) for dinner and when they were out of the dessert we wanted we decided to stop at Full Bloom to end the evening. REGRET REGRET REGRET. The four of us each ordered a dessert and we all agree it was incredibly disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, which wouldn’t have been an issue if it were worth the wait. We ordered 3 of the salted caramel chocolate lava cakes and one strawberry cheesecake. First off, the portion sizes were insulting. It was way too small to justify the price tag. 16 dollars for something that fits in the palm of my hand…yikes. Second, when I cut into the lava cake, the molten center was not molten, it pooled out onto the plate like water! I was surprised but thought I wouldn’t judge by its appearance. Unfortunately, what you saw was what you got because the flavor was essentially nonexistent. You initially get hit with a bitter chocolate flavor that quickly tapers off into bland nothingness. It came with a tiny scoop of ice cream. Admittedly, I am not a huge fan of coconut milk based ice creams since they have an icey factor that I don’t find enjoyable, but sometimes I am willing to look past it for the right flavor profile. The accompanying ice cream was equally as bland as the cake. The salted caramel sauce is easily the worst I’ve ever tasted. Not only did it also have an oddly watery consistency, the flavor was borderline rancid. It had an acidity to it that was unpleasant and overall didn’t taste anything like salted caramel. My fathers strawberry cheesecake, also insultingly tiny, tasted nothing like strawberry. It was a plain cheesecake with a mystery jam on top and a few pieces of fresh strawberry as a garnish. The cheesecake itself was less then decent (again why is everything so bland!) and the jam was so weak that I couldn’t tell what it was suppose to taste like. Certainly not strawberry or any other fruit. It basically tasted like the IDEA of fruit and had a baby food consistency. Was it guava? Was it Apple? Don’t ask me cuz I wouldn’t tell you. You’re a gourmet restaurant! How the hell do you fail at lava cake and cheesecake?! This experience left me baffled how this place had such glowing reviews and in no hurry to return to try anything else from the menu, dessert or otherwise. Oh and did I mention the automatic 18% service charge? Yeah. 81 dollars for the worst dessert I’ve ever had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Save your money and your time. Go to Planta instead.

Cons: Overpriced , Bland

Not fine dining and incorrect menu descriptions

Review written by my daughter who is a chef: We came here on a saturday evening expecting gourmet vegan food- as adverised. We ordered the Raw Tom green papaya salad which was clearly made more than a day ago and the flavor was flat. The buffalo cauliflower was huge, and definitely had bottled sauce. The pickled cucumber slices with this were mushy. The lions mane app was delicious and the daikon radish made a beautiful pair. Because this was so good I ordered the lemongrass Tok which was a lemongrass lions mane with pickled carrots and coconut rice- the rice was undercooked and the carrots were fresh not pickled. I told them this and they took the plate back and ordered the Cauliflower Shawarma with Mujadara and salad- the salad was also over a day old (mushy and slightly brown), mujadara was made with farro not rice which is not traditional (I enjoyed this creative choice but the pomegranate syrup was mixed into it and made the whole dish too sweet and not as advertised). And worst of all the cauliflower was in no way Shawarma it was simply roasted cauliflower. Shawarma refers to a method of cooking meat on a rotating stick, so it was just not what I expected from reading the menu. My father ordered the chickpea steak and it was like 3 inches tall- more like a meatloaf. I also ordered a pirates on the ship cocktail which was a jalapeño grapefruit lime gin flavor and it was beautifully balanced with acid sweetness and spice. Overall the restaurant is just not gourmet and has okay dishes but the menu reads as if the dishes are completely different than what they deliver. At the end, my waitress had me speak with her manager who got inches from my face grabbed my plate, and said “do you want anything else.” When I said no thank you he offered desert and I said no again so he turned and speed walked away and dropped my plate on a tray and proceeded to walk to the hostess stand and take a sip of his wine glass. This was arguably the worst part of the experience- never had such a short tempered manager. Definitely made me feel worse and not better which is the opposite of the function a manager in a high end establishment is supposed to serve. As a chef, this place did not meet the expectations that they set and I do not recommend for fine dining

Pros: Quick to come out , Pirates cocktail yummy, Lions mane good

Cons: Bad service, Menu descriptions were misleading, Kept smelling smoke

Beautiful setting

We ate on the open air porch. There was also an inside option with a very European feel. The service was wonderful and the menu is limited but dishes were creative. Had the cauliflower and lentils and my table mates kept taking bites of my meal because it was so good. Tiramisu for dessert didn’t taste traditional — still delish.

Pros: Delightful dining atmosphere , Parking lot across the street

Delicious raw dish, heavenly dessert

The raw curry kelp noidles were flavorful and aromatic, but the real winner was the strawberry cashew- based cheesecake. Sadly none of the raw Desserts appealed to me, but this one was creamy and just the right amount of sweet. Prices were quite high, but the quality was good and atmosphere was lively.

Great gourmet vegan

The ravioli was incredible, as was the lentil lasagna (special). I would recommend both. However, tiramisu was too acidic for my liking (perhaps leaning too much Grand Marnier flavour?)

Excellent fine vegan dining

The macaroni made me feel like I was at Olive Garden as my picky eating child self, such a nice experience. The Eggs Benedict was insanely flavorful too! Such a strong American cheese flavor, if you were ever a fan of McDonald’s breakfast… get that one… scratches the itch in a healthy way #Veganuary

Pros: Totalmente vegano, Ambiente agradável, Comida saborosa
