Cute trendy cafe with two fully-vegan breakfast sandwich options and milk alternatives. Açaí bowl comes default with honey and pollen so that has to be modified.

Chill Coffee Stop with Tasty Vegan Options - Edit
While wandering through the South Lake Union Saturday Market, I wanted to get coffee. After a quick search, I found Fulcrum Cafe, a cozy coffee spot with some solid vegan options. I ordered a vegan pesto sandwich stuffed with tofu on Ciabatta, which had a nice kick and lots of flavor. The coconut taro latte I tried was surprisingly good—not too sweet, with just the right amount of taro flavor. The staff was friendly, and the industrial-chic vibe made for a relaxed atmosphere. It wasn’t crowded, the service was quick, and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve got the vegan bacon sandwich, which I’m grateful they had on the menu. It’s lacking in flavor, but with poblano sauce it’s decent - nice flaky bread and the bacon is well-textured. They’ve got vegan milk options, but no vegan baked goods today. Rude staff were unapproachable/unhelpful

This is such a cool and funky coffee shop in Belltown, and they recently started carrying fully vegan sandwiches from Based Foods, a local, fully-vegan company, which is amazing.

The selection of drinks is great, with the café having many different roasts. By now, they also have vegan sandwiches from Café Red, which are truly delicious!
