Good soba, authentic place - Edit
Mostly locals but also English menu with clearly marked vegan options. Nice place, friendly owners. Food was a bit salty.

The coolest little soba restaurant with a dedicated vegan menu.

We were so glad to be able to have the famous dish in the traditional village of Hida Furukawa.
The owner was so lovely - we were offered a complimentary sake, for which Hida is so famous.
Highly recommend that everyone visits Furukawa in Hida and goes for the soba at this restaurant!
