Can make vegetable tempura for you, but ask if uses shared fryer. Ask for English speaking staff in necessary. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-2:00pm.

Read moreLike other reviewers said, can eat soba noodles here and switch out dipping sauce for soy sauce. The told us that the kake soba and nattou soba are also vegan friendly. The pickles (to have along with sake) are also good!

I went there because no other vegan options in Noboribetsu Onsen.

Got cold soba and replaced the dipping sauce with soy sauce. They even got me vegetable tempura.
Pros: delicious soba, made effort to get me veggie tempura, authentic japanese interior
