Plan ahead in case there is a long wait. It was take out only.
Read moreWe had an avocado roll and veggie roll with spicy edamame. For a basic roll, they are good and perfectly made. The spicy edamame had spice mix sprinkled on it versus a spicy sauce. Spice level was mild.

Vegan sushi! - Edit
I was surprised by so many vegan options. There are several varieties of sushi containing avocados, cucumbers, and other veggies- all very tasty! I also ate a side of fresh and very green seaweed, miso soup, and a ramen bowl with tofu and perfectly cooked broccoli. They’re currently offering takeout with no on premise dining, but you can take your food to the inner area of the large building, there’s seating and a fountain and it’s very historic.
