Vegan and vegetarian options!

I love that it comes in a set! The food is very tasty and flavorful! It is a bit on the salty side and has a spicy kick to it, so if you don't like that, this might not be the best but overall it is great!

Pros: It comes in a set, Flavorful: salty and a bit spicy, The place is small and cozy and the owner is nice

Cons: Hard to find the restaurant and small, Runs out of vegan/vegetarian options fast, 1 person staff so a bit pricey

A lovely, homely experience

We read the reviews on here and Happy Cow 🐮 and took a chance on walking down from our hotel to have dinner here. Luck was definitely on our side tonight! We were lucky enough to dine here without a reservation. We chose both the 2 and 3 item vegan set menu. A lovely meal in a small, intimate dining room with a couple of other lovely diners, one from Germany and a local guy who we could only partially understand with some translation from the other diner! To maybe help with the atmosphere he kindly played his top four favourite songs before he had to go. It was really nice to have some lovely food and conversation tonight, all while the owner was running it all herself - cooking and service.

Definitely worth coming here, but definitely try to make a reservation the day before (or earlier) as tonight a few people were turned away while we were dining.

No photos as they'd just be like the others :)

Pros: Great food, Great, friendly service, Cosy atmosphere

Such a pleasant experience

You get a series of small vegan dishes (tapas style), each increasing in flavor and wonder. The tofu dish is pure excellence, but I’m torn between that and the okra pasta as my favorite. The intimate setting gives the illusion of a home cooked meal with a new friend. There’s even a piggy bank for the cutest resident doggie, Millfy for those so inclined to leave a contribution.

Pros: Okra pasta , Tofu, Cozy setting

A lovely experience

Restaurant is cozy, with a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. I was greeted by Millfy, the Promotion Manager for the restaurant. Millfy is a small and very cute chihuahua who didn't mind a few selfies. The owner had a vegan set menu prepared and was very communicative. Possibly the most delicious teriyaki tofu I've ever had. It was a great, relaxed atmosphere for a quiet meal. Book ahead.

Nice little restaurant with a vegan set menu

As other comments stated too, we did not make a reservation for dinner and were still able to eat there, so, don't be afraid of the sign on the door and ask if it is possible to eat.
We were alone at first in this nice little restaurant. A vegan set menu is available and it was absolutely delicious. As other stated, the best was the Teryaki tofu, that I would describe as insanely good.

Pros: Delicious vegan food, Cute dog named Mi-chan, Intimate tiny place

10/10 Japanese set menu

This place deserves more attention, it’s amazing.

**Note I did NOT need to make a reservation for the vegan set menu even though it says that on a sign in the window. I just walked in**

Cosy atmosphere and the set menu has so many tasty and intriguing little dishes. The tofu steak was the highlight. The host is a very kind and funny woman, so glad I came here.

Delicious vegan set

Great vegan set! There was a sign saying you need to make reservation in advance to have the vegan set but I tried asking anyway- and the friendly owner made me a really delicious vegan set for dinner! The place is small and cozy and there’s also a cute tiny dog😄

Pros: Delicious vegan set, Cute dog, Small and cozy place

Cons: A bit expensive

Be aware that you need to book a day in advance for a vegan meal as at Oct 2022

Tried to eat there but got turned away because I hadn’t made a reservation one day in advance

Awesome traditional Japanese food

I think this place needs more attention. The lunch we had was awesome! The food combinations here are unique. You will get something you won’t be able to eat in a typical vegan restaurant in Tokyo.

Pros: Friendly owner, Traditional handmade Japanese food

Not good, way overpriced

The food wasn't great and it was really really overpriced. There's a cover charge just for sitting down and the tiny dishes weren't particularly good. This was so not worth it, left feeling an unhappy cow.

Pros: Cute dog

Cons: Have to order 500yen drink even if you don't want

Loved it

Had a great dinner with a huge variety of dishes. The owner does not have much English, but she has great cooking skill. The tempura sweetcorn was especially good. Although this place serves meat, every party when we were there had the vegan set menu. Super affordable. Definitely try it.

5 stars even though Happy Cow only let's you do 4

This place is incredible. Healing, quality, beautiful dishes. Menu is in english which is a plus for travelers. A little pricey maybe for Tokyo overall, but honestly worth every penny. You can tell the owner is passionate about her food. You can taste it! It's small and charming. Quiet and peaceful vibes. You feel like you're in someone's home. Extra stars for her adorable pup that sleeps by the door in a tiny bed :)

Phenomenal with a chihuahua

Although the place does serve meat, the vegan menu (in english) is an absolute winner. The owner of the place really did figure out how it’s done. We chose a vegan set meal, which represented several unique japanese-style vegan dishes including the best tofu steak ever, a marvellous gingersoup, and superb broccoli. Delicious, well presented and high quality food. An absolute no-brainer.

Place is quite small but cute, as is the chihuahua guarding the place.

Pros: Great vegan options, vegetarian as well, Not expensive given the quality, Food with passion

Cons: Not english speaking, but menu is in english

Healthy Japanese vegan food

The restaurant is not completely vegan but has the most amazing Japanese vegan food. I shared the Fuji course and somen noodles with my boyfriend, and it was really high quality especially for the price.
I could have kept eating forever.
The owner is really kind and can’t speak much English but will try her best so that you understand, but if you can speak Japanese she is really happy!
I highly recommend it! I’ll definitely be going again while in Tokyo!

Ps she has a cute chihuahua

Pros: Amazing food, Cheap, Lovely owner

Cons: A little slow because it’s a one man job, Shop is a little small
