So happy I came here 🥰

This is a favorite spot for my friend who lives in Chennai, and I’m so glad she brought me here! This place has so many vegan options, just look through the menu and you will find them. I would be wary to let your waiter know and make sure they understand to remove any mayo or cheese from your dish...I told mine but due to language differences and the fact veganism isn’t a common thing here, they still put mayo on top of my sushi and gave me a cheese nigiri lol... it wasn’t shown on the menu photo. It was an easy fix but the culture here does not understand it so it will take some time for India to be more vegan friendly. I don’t make it a big deal out of it because it happened many times during my one month India trip.

I decided to go with the Sushi and Teppanyaki Course meal which comes with sushi, salad, soup, fried rice, a main, vegetable dish, and a dessert (cake non-vegan, maybe can ask for just fruit). If this sounds like a lot for one person it is 😂 but I just wanted to try as many things, and it was at a great price - 1500 rupees. I was very happy eating it all!

Highly recommend this place and hopefully I can come back here again if I come back to India

Pros: Many clearly marked veg options, Beautiful and clean interior

Cons: Make sure waiter knows for sure what to exclude
