Not what is used to be - Edit
This used to be my go to place for an excellent vegan food but it changed hands years ago and hasn’t been the same since. There are much better Japanese options in Leeds now. Fuji hiro is just average.

Lovely food, lovely staff, authentic little gem in Leeds city centre - Edit
Booked the restaurant for 8pm. The staff were welcoming, so helpful and the place was very vibrant despite recent difficulties during the pandemic. The food was delicious and the staff are very helpful. When I asked if the ramen was vegan they told me that the udon are made with egg and so simply changed them for rice noodles. Will definitely return!
